Delaware’s Small Business Development Center has several programs to help you start your business. You can begin by attending Start Your Business Right classes offered by the Center. Their website has a comprehensive “Start-Up Info” page that covers all the steps you’ll need to take to get your business off the ground. Every year the DSBDC hosts their Delaware Procurement Expo, in which several events take place geared specifically toward small business, such as strategies for selling, legal issues, and financing tips.
